I finally nabbed a copy of Photoshop and Illustrator. My last experience with Photoshop was that it was bloated and clunky and way too complex for my purposes. I'm not so excited about it.

Illustrator on the other hand looks very cool. There are a couple of small things that I think that Inkscape actually does better, but overall it has a lot of sweet features. I'm hoping that this will allow me to expand my vectoring abilities.

IRL News: The end of another school year and I have yet to hear back from any of my summer jobs. *RAGE*

I have been feeling creative recently. It is good. I'm super excited about Spring break. You know what all of that free time means: I won't be doing anything remotely productive!

So much has happened!

Budapest was amazing. I'm glad to be back with my friends in the USA. I'm reading books for school for the first time since freshman year. I'm busy (as usual). I'm dating again. I finally posted another deviation.

I feel like I need to grow up soon.

I'm going to Budapest, Hungary for a few months for school. I also haven't made any art in a while.

Mainly I've been busy with my job and Kung Fu which have together taken up almost my entire summer (which isn't entirely a bad thing). If Hungary turns out to be really boring (I haven't ruled out the possibility), look forward to a lot more submissions from me. Boredom has always been my greatest muse.

Other than that, things are changing. Not in any dramatic way that I might have control over. It's more like I'm sitting around, watching and waiting for things to happen.

I just bought my first laptop! I feel it's about time anyway. I got my desktop three and a half years ago and it is starting to get a bit finicky and slow.

It runs Team Fortress 2 with all the trimmings at a silky smooth 40 fps, which is a huge improvement over my desktop, so I'm happy so far. Vista is strange and I'm still getting used to it.

Also, I'm home from school. No one else is. I am bored.
